摘要

针对某厂采用400mm厚Q345连铸坯生产120mm特厚钢板时铸坯中心缺陷压合及轧后钢板出现双鼓形缺陷的问题,以刚-粘塑性有限元软件模拟了缺陷压合条件和双鼓形形成过程.结果表明,400mm厚铸坯不能在开轧后1~3道次内压合缺陷,但随压合参数l/-h的增大和应变累积作用,中心裂纹被压合;第1道次压合400mm厚铸坯中心矩形裂纹的临界压下率为15.8%,转化为几何参数l/-h=0.511; 400mm厚铸坯在轧制的各个阶段均存在双鼓形缺陷,双鼓形最大峰值的临界变形条件为l/-h=0.542,增大轧辊尺寸、减少横轧道次可减轻双鼓形缺陷.

Abstract

The behavior of defects closing and formation of double drum in 400mm thickness continuous casting slab during transverse rolling were investigated by FEM, ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results illustrate that the 400mm thickness slab has disadvantage for central defects to be closed within No. L~No. 3 passes. However, as the closing parameter l/h increases and the strain accumulation effects. Central defects can be closed eventually. The critical closing reduction ratio for the central rectangle defects to be closed in the first pass is 15. 8% , changing into geometric parameter l/h = 0. 511. There are double drums in the shape, cross and longitudinal rolling. The double drums will be lightened by means of increasing the roll size, controlling the reduction ratio not up to critical condition l/h = 0. 542 and limiting the cross rolling passes.
