板带热轧工艺设计与组织性能预报模拟平台开发

在总结前人研究成果的基础上,建立了板带热连轧工艺参数计算模型以及组织性能预报模型,并利用VB程序语言开发了板带热轧工艺设计与组织性能预报模拟分析平台.以某1700mm热轧厂生产Q235B带钢为例对带钢组织性能进行了实测与计算.结果表明,计算值与实测值符合较好,力学性能计算误差在6%以内,该平台可满足现场生产的需要.
Development of Simulation Platform for Process Design and Microstructure Prediction of Hot Strip Rolling
Based on research findings of previous studies, the mathematic model of processing parameter and microstructure prediction of the strip was established. The simulation platform for process design and micro-structure prediction was developed by VB program language. Take Q235B strip produced in a 1700mm hot rolling plant as an example, the structure and properties were measured and calculated. The results show that the calculated values are matched to measured values well, the error rate of mechanical properties is less than 6%. This platform can meet the need in site.
