摘要

针对某2 050 mm热连轧产线粗轧板坯楔形问题,在Abaqus环境下建立了四辊粗轧机热力耦合三维有限元模型,研究了板坯横向温差和中心线偏移与轧后楔形的关系,得到了轧后板坯楔形的产生规律.结合有限元仿真结果,建立了考虑板坯横向温差和中心线偏移的粗轧辊缝调平模型,通过对所建立模型的离线和在线验证可知,该模型对缓解粗轧板坯楔形缺陷具有较好的效果,可有效地指导现场生产.

Abstract

Aiming at the slab wedge problem of a 2 050 mm hot rolling mill,a thermal mechanical coupled three-dimensional finite ele-ment model of a four-high roughing rolling mill is established by Abaqus.The relationship between the slab transverse temperature difference,center line offset and the slab wedge after rolling is studied,and the rule of slab wedge after rolling is obtained.Combined with the finite element simulation results,a roughing rolling gap leveling model considering the slab transverse temperature difference and center line offset is established.Through offline and online verification of the established model,it can be seen that the model has a good effect on relieving the wedge defect of roughing rolling slab,and can effectively guide the production.
