50W470硅钢酸洗行为及高效酸洗措施研究

针对硅钢酸洗难度大,酸洗效率远低于碳钢,且酸洗后板面存在局部氧化铁皮残留及白度值较低的问题,以50W470硅钢为研究对象,基于SEM、金相显微镜等手段,表征了其氧化铁皮形貌,利用酸洗试验研究了其酸洗行为,分析了氧化铁皮的成因、酸洗历程及电化学特性.与热轧普碳钢不同,50W470硅钢氧化铁皮主要由外层赤铁矿及内层FeO、SiO2以及两者产物Fe2SiO4构成,其酸洗动力为化学溶解与H2剥离,即难酸洗氧化物借助基体及底层氧化铁皮溶解松动后,在H2膨胀压的作用下剥离.其酸洗分为两阶段,第1阶段为表层赤铁矿剥离,第2阶段为基体及底层氧化层溶解剥离.试验结果表明:采取板带升温去除赤铁矿层和提升溶液氧化性去除Fe2SiO4两种措施可提高硅钢酸洗效率.
Study on pickling mechanism and efficient pickling measures of 50W470 silicon steel
In response to the high difficulty of pickling silicon steel,the pickling efficiency is much lower than that of carbon steel,and the problem of local oxide scale residue and low whiteness value on the surface of the strip after pickling,the morphology of the oxide scale of 50W470 silicon steel was characterized using SEM,metallographic microscope,and other methods.The pick-ling behavior was studied using pickling experiments,and the cause,pickling process and electrochemical characteristics of the oxide scale were analyzed.The oxide scale of 50W470 silicon steel is mainly composed of outer layer hematite,inner layer FeO,SiO2,and both products Fe2SiO4,which are different from that of hot-rolled carbon steel.Its pickling power is chemical dissolution and H2 stripping,that is,the oxide difficult to pickle is dissolved and loosened by the matrix and bottom oxide scale,and then peeled off un-der the action of H2 expansion pressure.The pickling of scale of silicon steel mainly goes through two stages:first,the stripping of hem-atite on the surface,and then the dissolution and stripping of the lower oxide layer.The pickling efficiency of silicon steel can be improved by heating the strip to remove hematite and adding the solutions oxidizing ability to remove Fe2SiO4.
