摘要

连续退火工艺对DC07超低碳钢的力学性能具有重要影响.采用奥钢联连续退火模拟试验机,研究了退火温度、缓冷温度、快冷冷速等连退工艺参数对DC07超低碳钢组织性能的影响.结果表明:在830~860 ℃退火温度下,DC07超低碳钢的金相组织均为铁素体,晶粒尺寸随着退火温度的升高而逐渐增大,相对分布较为均匀;随着退火温度的升高,DC07超低碳钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐降低,断后伸长率、n值以及r值逐渐升高;随着缓冷温度的升高,DC07超低碳钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,断后伸长率和r值增加,n值几乎没有变化;随着快冷冷速的增加,DC07超低碳钢的力学性能几乎没有变化.

Abstract

The continuous annealing process has an important influence on the mechanical properties of DC07 ultra-low carbon steel.The influence of continuous annealing process parameters such as annealing temperature,slow cooling temperature and fast cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of DC07 ultra-low carbon steel was studied by continuous annealing simulator of VAI.The results showed that the microstructure of DC07 ultra-low carbon steel annealed at 830-860 ℃ was fer-rite.With the increase of the annealing temperature,the grain size increased gradually and the distribution were uniform.The tensile strength and yield strength decreased,the elongation,the n value and the r value increased with the increase of the annea-ling temperature.With the increase of the slow cooling temperature,the strength of DC07 ultra-low carbon steel decreased,the elongation and the r value increased,and the n value just changed a little.The mechanical properties of DC07 ultra-low carbon steel just changed a little with the increase of the cooling rate.
