20CrMnTi低合金结构钢盘条轧制工艺优化

针对20CrMnTi盘条硬度偏高问题,研究了不同吐丝温度及风冷辊道速度对其组织和硬度的影响,并提出了工艺优化措施.结果表明:由于吐丝温度偏高和轧制缓冷段较长,20CrMnTi盘条心部出现贝氏体和马氏体组织,导致其心部平均硬度达到206HBW;随着吐丝温度降低,20CrMnTi盘条心部组织中铁素体和珠光体比例增多,马氏体和贝氏体快冷组织减少直至消除,心部硬度逐渐降低;当吐丝温度控制在850 ℃左右,风冷辊道速度为0.26~0.30 m/s时,20CrMnTi盘条心部组织为均匀分布的铁素体+较细片层间距的珠光体,硬度在170HBW以下.通过对轧制缓冷段长度及控轧控冷工艺进行优化,可以使20CrMnTi盘条组织中贝氏体和马氏体得到有效抑制,同时其硬度满足了客户的要求.
Rolling process optimization of 20CrMnTi low alloy structural steel wire rod
Aiming at the problem of high hardness of 20CrMnTi wire rod,the influence of different laying temperature and air-cooled roller table speed on the microstructure and hardness of 20CrMnTi wire rod was studied,and the optimization measures were put forward.The results show that due to the high laying temperature and long slow cooling section during rolling,bainite and martensite appeare in the core of 20CrMnTi wire rods,resulting in the average core hardness of 206HBW.With the decrease of laying temperature,the proportion of ferrite and pearlite in the core of 20CrMnTi wire rod increases,the fast cooling micro-structure of martensite and bainite decreases until it is eliminated,and the hardness of the core decreases gradually.When the laying temperature is controlled at about 850 ℃ and the speed of the air-cooled roller table is 0.26-0.30 m/s,the core micro-structure of the 20CrMnTi wire rod is uniformly distributed ferrite+perlite with fine interlayer spacing,and the hardness is be-low 170HBW.By optimizing the length of the slow cooling section and the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,the microstructure of bainite and martensite of 20CrMnTi wire rod can be effectively inhibited,and its hardness can meet the require-ments of the customers.
