摘要

采用炉卷轧机生产宽幅薄规格中厚板可以在轧制过程中进行在线保温处理,具有钢板组织性能均匀和生产效率高的优点.阐述了山东钢铁集团日照有限公司3 500 mm炉卷产线工艺装备技术的自主研发工作,系统介绍了超大宽厚比薄规格中厚板高精度控制和炉卷轧线数智控制的主要成果和创新点.通过工艺创新及多维度多模态的热轧全流程数字驱动智能控制技术的开发,实现了超大宽厚比薄规格中厚板高稳定性、高均质化生产,带来了良好的经济社会效益.

Abstract

The production of wide and thin gauge plates by the Steckel mill could be subjected to on-line heating and holding treat-ment during the rolling process,which has the technological advantages of uniform microstructure and performance of plates and high production efficiency.The development of the equipment and technology of the 3 500 mm Steckel mill line in Rizhao Co.,Ltd.of Shandong Iron and Steel Group are elaborated,and the main achievements and innovations of the high-precision control of the thin gauge plates with ultra-large ratio of width and thickness and the digital intelligence control of the Steckel mill line are introduced.Through technological integrated innovation and development of a multi-dimensional and multi-modal digitally driven intelligent control technology for hot-rolling full-process,the high stability and high homogeneity production of thin gauge plates with ultra-large ratio of width and thickness are realized,which has brought good economic and social benefits.
