摘要
针对首钢京唐1 580 mm产线精轧高速钢工作辊多次上机服役中因局部磨损而导致带钢板廓缺陷问题,基于TMEIC公司PASolution应用平台和二级系统应用组件特点,通过设计功能架构、建立算法模型和规划数据流程,在二级系统中设计开发了精轧高速钢工作辊磨损评估功能,实现了高速钢轧辊在线磨损的预测和累积磨损状态的评级.评级结果引入轧辊管理系统参与上机服役标准的判定,有效避免了不满足标准的高速钢轧辊继续上机服役而产生的质量缺陷问题.
Abstract
In order to improve the shape defects of strip from the local wear of repeat-serviced high speed steel work roll on Shougang Jingtang 1 580 mm hot rolling finishing mill,based on PASolution and the application components of L2 system,the wear evaluation function are designed and developed by making functional structure,building evaluation model and programing data flow,which has realized the prediction of the roll wear amount and get the evaluation result on cumulative wear.The evalu-ation result is become one of the rules for judging roll service standards which will to avoid the adverse quality defects caused by repeat-serviced high speed steel roll.
