热轧带钢椭圆卷缺陷成因分析与控制

针对某厂2 250 mm热轧产线带钢在卷取过程中产生椭圆卷缺陷的问题,结合设备状态和生产实际,分析了产生椭圆卷缺陷的原因,并提出了有效的控制措施.结果表明:热轧带钢椭圆卷缺陷产生的主要原因为带钢板形或横断面形状不良、卷形工艺控制和卷取温度控制不合理.通过优化带钢板形和横断面控制,优化带钢头部跟踪,提高卷取张力,采用助卷辊压力控制,优化助卷辊压力设定和芯轴扩张时机,调整卷取温度,改变相变过程等控制措施,使椭圆卷缺陷得到了有效控制,卷形质量得到了大幅提升,提高了产品竞争力.
Cause analysis and control of elliptic coil defects of hot rolled strip
Aiming at the problem of elliptic coil defects in 2 250 mm hot rolling production line in a factory,the causes of elliptic coil defects were analyzed and effective control measures were put forward based on the equipment status and production practice.The results show that the main causes of elliptic coil defects of hot rolled strip are bad shape or cross section of the strip,unrea-sonable coil shape process control and coiling temperature control.By optimizing strip shape and cross section control,optimizing strip head tracking,improving coiling tension,adopting wrapper roll pressure control,optimizing wrapper roll pressure setting and mandrel expansion time,adjusting coiling temperature,optimizing the process of phase transformation and other control measures,the elliptical coil defects are effectively controlled,the coiling quality has been greatly improved,and the competitive-ness of products has been improved.
