摘要
为解决60 mm厚Q690D厚板在在线直接淬火(DQ)工艺下冲击韧性不稳定的问题,分析了铸坯厚度、粗轧单道次压下量对钢板冲击韧性的影响.结果表明:钢板良好的冲击韧性需保证获得一定比例的板条贝氏体、粒状贝氏体和多边形铁素体等组织;应尽量增加铸坯厚度,保证铸坯厚度在335 mm以上(压缩比在5.5以上)且粗轧至少保证1道次压下量在40 mm以上.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of unstable impact toughness of 60 mm thickness Q690D plate under DQ process,the effects of casting billet thickness and single pass reduction of roughing rolling on impact toughness of the plate were analyzed.The results show that the good impact toughness of the plate needs to obtain a certain proportion of lath bainite,granular bainite and polygonal ferrite.The thickness of the casting billet should be increased as far as possible to ensure that the thickness of the casting billet is above 335 mm(compression ratio is above 5.5)and the reduction of the roughing rolling is above 40 mm for at least 1 pass.
