45钢热轧盘条拉拔断裂原因分析与控制

针对φ6.5 mm规格45钢热轧盘条拉拔断裂的问题,对45钢热轧盘条化学成分、显微组织及断口形貌进行了研究,分析了 45钢盘条拉拔断裂的原因并提出了工艺改进措施.结果表明:45钢热轧盘条表面金相组织不均匀,存在混晶组织,组织中铁素体比例偏高是造成其拉拔断裂的主要原因.将45钢碳质量分数由0.43%~0.45%提高至0.46%~0.48%,进精轧温度由945 ℃降低至915 ℃,吐丝温度由940 ℃降低至890 ℃,风机数量由1#~7#开启调整为1#~9#开启,斯太尔摩风冷辊道起始段辊道速度由0.70 m/s提高至0.85 m/s(后续各辊道段速度依次递增),有效改善了 45钢热轧盘条的金相组织,珠光体比例明显增加,提高了 45钢热轧盘条的拉拔性能.
Cause analysis and control of fracture of 45 steel hot rolled wire rod during drawing
The chemical composition,microstructure,and fracture morphology of 45 steel hot rolled wire rods were studied to re-solve the problem of drawing fracture.The reasons of the drawing fracture of 45 steel were analyzed,and process improvement measures were proposed.The results indicate that the uneven microstructure and mixed crystals on the surface of 45 steel hot rolled wire rod,as well as the high proportion of ferrite in the microstructure,are the main reasons for the drawing fracture of 45 steel wire rod.The carbon mass fraction of 45 steel was increased from 0.43%-0.45%to 0.46%-0.48%,the finishing roll-ing temperature was reduced from 945 ℃ to 915 ℃,the wire feeding temperature was reduced from 940 ℃ to 890 ℃,the num-ber of fans was adjusted from 1#-7# to 1#-9#,and the starting roller speed of Stelmor air-cooled roller was increased from 0.70 m/s to 0.85 m/s(the speed of each subsequent roller section increased sequentially),effectively improving the microstruc-ture of 45 steel hot rolled wire rod,significantly increasing the proportion of pearlite,and improving the drawing performance of 45 steel hot rolled wire rod.
