Research on the Benefit Evaluation of Territorial Spatial Planning Based on the Supply and Demand of Ecological Services in Production-Living-Ecological Space
Territorial spatial planning is an overall plan for coordinating the spatial allocation, development management and layout optimization of regional resources, which is of great significance in leading the coordinated development of the region.Territorial spatial planning will inevitably lead to the changes in land use and layout, which will lead the changes in supply and demand of economic, social and ecological environment. The research reveals the supply and demand connection and coupling relationship among the production-living-ecological space through the supply and demand relationship between ecosystem services and human welfare needs. The research uses the InVEST model and the ecological service value equivalent method to quantitatively analyze the supply and demand of ecosystem services, and using the coupling coordination degree model and the relative development degree model to evaluate the coupling effect. The methods was used in territorial space planning of Cuiping District in Yibin City. The study found that the overall coupling coordination degree of supply and demand of ecosystem services showed a decreasing trend during the planning period. From 2020 to 2035,the coupling coordination degree would decrease from 0.60 to 0.59,and the relative development degree would decrease from 1.05 to 1.01.The overall supply surplus of ecosystem services would be obvious, but due to the spatial difference of supply and demand distribution, urban areas would be the main supply deficit areas. The main factor affecting the demand for ecosystem services was the demand for environmental purification, and the urbanization index had a relatively common negative impact on the relative development of supply and demand of ecosystem services. The coupling and coordination of supply and demand of ecological services in regional territorial spatial planning should be evaluated, and the spatial characteristics and main problems of supply and demand of regional ecological services should be clarified,so as to make scientific and reasonable adjustments to the territorial spatial planning scheme and promote the orderly development of regional ecology and economy.
