Carbon pricing is a widely used and effective climate change policy in the world.To discuss the feasibility of introducing carbon tax policy in China,the first problem to be solved is how to coordinate and balance carbon tax and carbon market.Based on the collaborative perspective,this paper reviews the historical research and main conclusions of carbon tax and carbon market research at home and abroad,discusses the effectiveness of mixed policies to solve the price volatility and emission reduction uncertainty of a single policy in multiple dimensions,expounds the environmental and economic effects of mixed policies of carbon tax and carbon market,and explores the realization path of China's carbon tax policy that is coordinated with carbon market from the perspectives of tax system elements and collaborative mechanism design,providing reserves and references for the construction of carbon emission reduction policies with Chinese characteristics,boosting the realization of China's dual-carbon goal,and promoting the modernization of synergistic symbiosis between man and nature.
