摘要
目的 了解广东省性病高危人群中梅毒感染情况,为采取干预措施提供依据.方法 按照地理位置和经济水平的高低,选取广东省22个市、县(区)地区,在2009年1-12月,对所选地区的性病高危人群进行梅毒检测.结果 共检测性病高危人群8 377人,梅毒感染率在男男性行为人群(MSM)中最高,为21.99％,男性性病门诊病人(MSP)中为8.28％,MSM与MSP、女性性工作者(FSW)两类人群比较,差异有统计学意义(x2 =524.48,P=0.000).FSW中总感染率为3.46％,其中高档场所为2.6％,中档场所为7.36％,低档场所为10.54％,不同档次娱乐场所梅毒感染率差异较大(x2 =95.86,P=0.000).结论 性病高危人群中,MSM人群和中低档娱乐场所的FSW中梅毒流行情况严峻,应加强对这两类性病高危人群的干预工作.
Abstract
Objective To understand the prevalence of syphilis infection among high-risk people with STD in Guangdong province, and provide reference data for target intervention . Methods In accordance with geographical location and economic conditions 22 cities ( districts ) from Guangdong province were selected as the investigation area, then syphilis testing was taken among the high-risk people with STD from January to December of 2009. Results A total of 8377 objects were surveyed. The syphilis rate was 21. 99% in MSM population (MSM), 8. 28% in male STD patients (MSP)and 3.46% in all female sex workers(FSWs) whose prevalence of syphilis were 2.6% from high class settings,7. 36% from middle class settings and 10. 54% from low class settings which had more in-fectors compared with those from the high and middle classe settings. Statistical analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the MSM which had the highest infectious rates of syphilis and the other two groups (x2 =524.48, P = 0.000), and also among FSWs from different settings (x2 =95.86, P = 0.000). Conclusion High-risk people with STD .especially from MSM and FSWs of middle and low class settings, have high syphilis rate, which makes them become a key population for intervention.
