摘要
目的 了解辽宁省男男性行为人群(MSM)异性婚姻意愿及其主要原因.方法 采用同伴驱动抽样方法,在沈阳、丹东、鞍山、本溪4个城市抽取807名年龄在18～64岁的MSM,运用自编问卷对其异性婚姻意愿及其主要原因进行面访.结果 807名MSM中,587人(72.7％)有异性婚姻意愿;同性恋者占58.8％,异性恋者占84.6％,双性恋者占86.2％.MSM产生异性婚姻意愿的主要原因为:父母压力(48.2％)、传宗接代(33.0％)、社会压力(27.1％)和养儿防老(24.2％),同性恋者来自家庭和社会压力的比例显著高于其他MSM.结论 70％以上MSM有异性婚姻意愿,如何减少MSM异性婚姻对男女双方可能带来的情感损害,以及艾滋病病毒向女性的传播,亟待探索切实可行的解决方案.
Abstract
Objective To examine the marital intention with women and the main reasons among men who have sex with men (MSM) in the urban of Liaoning province.Methods A total of 807 MSM aged from 18 to 63 were recruited using a respondent-driven sampling (RDS) method in four cities including Shenyang,Anshan,Dandong and Benxi of Liaoning province.All the subjects were interviewed face to face with self-designed questionnaire about their marital intention with women and the main reasons.Results The numbers of "planning to get married" was 587(72.7％).Gay (58.8％) was significantly lower than that of heterosexual (84.6％) and bisexual (86.2％).The main reasons for getting married were under family pressure (48.2 ％),carry on the family line (33.0 ％),under social pressure(27.1％),and raise children to provide against old age (24.2％).Conclusion Over 70％ MSM had marital intentions with women.Feasible solutions about how to reduce the emotional hurt comes from the marriage with women in MSM and how to reduce the spread of HIV to women are necessary.
