大学新生艾滋病防治的联合干预法及其效果分析

目的 基于知信行理论设计适宜大学新生艾滋病防治的联合干预法,并对干预效果做出评价.方法 随机选取大学新生135人,比较干预前后大学新生在艾滋病相关知识、信念、行为方面的变化.结果 干预前后大学新生在艾滋病相关知识、信念、行为方面的变化差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),各维度总分有明显变化,干预前、后知识均分的差值(d=2.59)最大,行为均分的差值(d=0.68)最小.成本效果比为20.27.结论 基于知信行模式的联合干预法经济可行,对大学新生艾滋病防治的知识水平提高最快,对态度和行为的转变影响较为缓慢,建议今后分知识、态度、行为阶段进行干预.
Abstract
Objective To apply the combinative intervention methods based on KAP mode of health education and intervention of AIDS prevention among college freshmen,and evaluate the effect.Methods 135 cases of college freshmen were randomly selected and comparison was made to know the changes of the AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behaviors before and after intervention.Results There was a significant difference between AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behaviors before and after intervention.The scores of AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behaviors had obvious changes (P<0.05).The difference (d=2.59) between AIDS-related knowledge before and after intervention was the largest,while the difference (d=0.68) between AIDS-related behaviors before and after intervention was the smallest.The cost-effective ratio was 20.27.Conclusion The combinative intervention methods based on KAP mode is economically viable and has a remarkable effect on improving the level of knowledge.However,the methods have a slow impact on changing the attitude and behaviors.It is suggested to conduct the intervention by stages in the future.
