摘要
目的 分析女用安全套在MSM中使用的临床有效性、安全性及MSM使用女用安全套的意愿.方法 采用方便抽样法招募MSM并完成调查问卷,先后分别给予5只男用安全套和5只女用安全套,采用使用日记收集女用安全套的临床有效性和安全性信息.结果 共计100名MSM完成两阶段的安全套使用和问卷调查,中位数年龄27(24,33)岁.累计发放女用安全套500只,72.0％在单次性行为中被全程使用,22.2％未被全程使用,5.8％未被使用.无女用安全套滑脱、误插入、安全套破裂失败事件报告,4.0％(4/100)调查对象报告女用安全套外环被推入;无使用女用安全套相关的红肿、过敏不良事件报告,9.0％和16.0％调查对象分别报告在使用时感到疼痛和胀感.42.0％认为女用安全套够润滑,75.0％认为女用安全套大小合适,61.0％认为女用安全套舒适,90.0％报告不存在阴茎插入困难的情况.65.0％今后愿意继续使用女用安全套,35.0％表示今后不愿意使用女用安全套.愿意使用女用安全套的原因主要为防病需要、使用舒适、防病效果好;不愿意使用的原因主要有操作复杂、性伴不喜欢、有隔阂感、不舒服及润滑不够.结论 本研究MSM肛交中使用女用安全套临床失败事件和安全性事件发生比例较低,且MSM肛交中使用女用安全套感受较好,使用意愿较高,女用安全套用于MSM肛交性行为的防病效果可进一步深入研究.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of female condom use in men who have sex with men(MSM)and the willingness among MSM to use female condoms.Methods MSM were recruited by convenient sampling and a basic questionnaire was completed.Each participant was given 5 male condoms and 5 female condoms.The clinical efficacy and safety information surrounding female condoms were recorded by diary.Results A total of 100 MSM participants with a median age of 27(24,33)years completed the two-stage condom use and questionnaire survey.A total of 500 female condoms were distributed,72.0％were used throughout a single sex act,22.2％were used incompletely during a single sex act,and 5.8％were not used.There were no reports of female condom slipping,misinsertion or condom rupture failure.However,4.0％(4/100)of the participants reported that the outer ring of the female condom was pushed in.There were no redness,swelling,or allergic adverse events related to the use of female condoms.In contrast,9.0％of the participants felt pain,16.0％reported distension,42.0％thought the female condom was lubricated,75.0％thought it was the right size,61.0％thought it was comfortable,and 90.0％had no difficulty inserting the penis.Approximately 65.0％of MSM were willing to continue using female condoms in the future,while 35.0％were not.The main reasons reported for willing to use female condoms were the need for disease prevention,comfortable use,and good effectiveness.The main reasons for unwillingness to use condoms included complex operation,dislike of sexual partners,sense of estrangement,uncomfortable,and insufficient lubrication.Conclusions In this study,the incidence of clinical failure and safety events of using female condom in MSM anal sex was low,and the feeling of using female condoms during MSM anal sex is relatively good.The intention to use female condoms in MSM anal sex was relatively high,so the disease prevention effect of female condoms in MSM anal sex can be further studied.
