AIDS is frequently associated with the emergence of opportunistic infections and malignancies,among which lymphomas represent a relatively common category.Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)stands as the most common type of AIDS-related lymphoma,characterized by its diverse clinical manifestations and generally poor prognosis.This article summarizes recent research on the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,therapy,and prognosis of AIDS-related DLBCL.It aims to enhance the understanding of the disease and suggest novel perspectives for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.
