摘要
自cART应用以来,艾滋病患者的疾病进展和病死率得到了极大缓解.由于HIV储存库的隐匿性和潜伏性的特点,在治疗中彻底清除病毒、实现根除性治愈具有很大障碍,使HIV/AIDS患者获得功能性治愈便成为近年来HIV相关治疗研究的主要目标.本文从治疗新思路、单一治疗策略、联合治疗策略等方面对近年来功能性治愈研究进展做出相关阐述,为功能性治愈可行方案寻求思路.
Abstract
Since the introduction of combination antiretroviral therapy(cART),there has been a significant alleviation in the disease progression and mortality rates associated with HIV/AIDS.The hidden and latent characteristics of the HIV reservoir presents substantial challenges in completely eradicating of the virus and achieving a curative treatment.Consequently,the pursuit of a functional cure for HIV/AIDS has emerged as a paramount objective in recent HIV-related therapeutic research.This article elucidates the latest advancements in research on functional cure strategies from perspectives of novel therapeutic concepts,single treatment strategies,and combined treatment approaches,aiming to pave the way for facilitating the development of functional cure solutions.
