基于T细胞耗竭角度探讨中医扶正法防治艾滋病研究进展

摘要
T细胞耗竭是艾滋病患者免疫应答障碍的主要原因之一,影响该类患者疾病进程及抗病毒治疗效果.近三十年临床实践证实中医药在改善艾滋病患者的临床症状,稳定免疫功能,促进免疫重建方面疗效确切.本文旨在综述中医扶正法治疗调节T细胞耗竭,增强免疫应答抗病毒的研究进展,进一步挖掘中医药治疗艾滋病患者的有效作用靶点及机制.
Abstract
T-cell exhaustion is one of the primary causes of immune response dysfunction in AIDS patients,affecting the disease progression and the efficacy of antiviral therapy.Three decades of clinical practice have underscored the significant role of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in not only alleviating the clinical manifestations of AIDS but also in stabilizing immune functions and fostering immune reconstitution.This paper aims to synthesize the research advancements in the regulation of T-cell exhaustion through TCM Fuzheng method,enhancing immune response to combat viral infections,and to further explore the effective targets and mechanisms underlying TCM's role in the therapeutic landscape of AIDS.
