摘要
目的 系统评价中国MSM发生异性性行为的影响因素.方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、维普、万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关于中国MSM发生异性性行为影响因素的所有研究,检索时限为建库至2023年9月.采用Stata14.0对纳入的研究进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入11项研究,总样本量为10 947例.Meta分析结果显示,已婚(OR=6.022,95％CI:4.719～7.685)、文化程度为大专以下(OR=1.64,95％CI:1.232～2.183)、双性恋(OR=4.146,95％CI:3.142～5.471)、双重性角色/主动方(OR=1.675,95％CI:1.305～2.15)、首次性交对象为女性(OR=4.541,95％CI:3.464～5.953)、近6个月发生商业性性行为(OR=5.194,95％CI:3.335～8.089)是中国MSM发生异性性行为的影响因素.结论 应加强已婚MSM的婚前性教育和艾滋病相关知识的宣传教育,重点关注双重性角色/主动方和有商业性性行为的MSM,进而切断HIV由MSM向社区及普通人群的传播"桥梁".
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the factors that influence heterosexual behavior among men who have sex with men(MSM)in China.Methods A computer search was conducted for studies on the factors influencing heterosexual behavior among MSM in China.The search was performed using PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Embase,VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),and China Biomedical Literature Database from inception to September 2023.The included studies underwent meta-analysis using Stata 14.0.Results A total of 11 studies involving 10 947 participants were included.The meta-analysis results showed that being married(OR=6.022,95％CI:4.719-7.685),having an educational level below college(OR=1.64,95％CI:1.232-2.183),being bisexual(OR=4.146,95％CI:3.142-5.471),having a dual sexual role/being an active partner(OR=1.675,95％CI:1.305-2.150),the first sexual intercourse with a female partner(OR=4.541,95％CI:3.464-5.953),and engaging in commercial sexual behavior in the past six months(OR=5.194,95％CI:3.335-8.089)were factors influencing heterosexual behavior among MSM in China.Conclusions Pre-marital sexual education and AIDS/HIV related knowledge should be promoted among married MSM.Special attention should be given to MSM who have dual sexual roles/active partners or have commercial sexual behavior.This is necessary to disrupt the transmission of HIV from MSM to the general community and population.
