摘要
目的 通过对2014-2023年HIV/AIDS患者与HCV共感染相关文献的可视化分析,了解该领域的研究热点和未来趋势.方法 检索2014-2023年Web of Science Core Collection数据库中HIV/AIDS患者合并感染HCV的相关文献,使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace对相关文献进行可视化分析.结果 共检出文献1 955篇,其中发表文献最多的国家是美国(769篇),发文量前10的机构以高校为主.聚类分析将高频关键词主要分为三大类,依次为流行病学和危险人群研究,合并感染的治疗研究,合并感染的慢性肝病研究.2014-2023年合并感染的治疗以及合并感染危险人群中的注射吸毒人群始终是研究重点,2021-2023年,合并感染的护理研究热度增加.结论 2014-2023年HIV/AIDS患者合并HCV感染的治疗及注射吸毒人群始终受到研究者关注,合并感染的护理研究可能是未来研究趋势.
Abstract
Objective To understand the research hotspots and future trends in the field of HIV/AIDS patients co-infected with HCV through a visual analysis of relevant literatures from 2014 to 2023.Methods Relevant literatures on co-infected of HIV/AIDS and HCV co-infection from 2014 to 2023 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for visual analysis of the relevant literature.Results A total of 1 955 publications were retrieved,with the highest number of publications coming from the United States(769 publications).The top 10 institutions in terms of publication number were mainly universities.Cluster analysis classified the high-frequency keywords into three main categories,including epidemiology and risk factors,treatment of co-infection,and chronic liver disease of co-infection.From 2014 to 2023,treatment of co-infection and literature on high-risk populations,such as injecting drug users,remained key research areas.From 2021 to 2023,research focusing on the care of co-infection increased.Conclusions From 2014 to 2023,the treatment of HIV/AIDS and HCV co-infection and literatures of high-risk populations,such as injecting drug users,were consistently the focus of research.Nursing research for co-infection may be a future research trend.
