目的 基于CiteSpace对国内外HIV/AIDS合并恶性肿瘤患者的研究现状、热点和趋势进行可视化分析,探索未来研究方向.方法 检索建库至2023年12月31 日 Web of Science核心合集(WOS)和中国知网(CNKI)中HIV/AIDS合并恶性肿瘤患者的相关文献,借助CiteSpace对文献进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献6 064篇(其中CNKI 161篇,WoS5903篇).发文量最多的国家为美国(2 921篇).中文文献的关键词、聚类、突现词显示临床特征、肿瘤类型及治疗方案是主要研究方向.英文文献的关键词、聚类、突现词图谱显示其主要围绕恶性肿瘤的流行病学、发病机制、生物标志物和新型治疗策略方面.结论 国内外研究方向各有侧重,恶性肿瘤的流行病学、发病机制和治疗是共同的研究热点和趋势.未来研究应结合人工智能、大数据等现代科学技术,深入挖掘HIV/AIDS患者合并恶性肿瘤机制及相关生物标志物,提升HIV/AIDS患者合并恶性肿瘤防治水平.
Visualization analysis of research hotspots on HIV/AIDS patients with malignant tumors based on CiteSpace
Objective To perform a visualization analysis of the research status,hotspots and trends concerning HIV/AIDS patients with malignant tumors both domestically and internationally based on CiteSpace,and to explore future research directions.Methods Literature related to HIV/AIDS patients with malignant tumors was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOS)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases,covering the period up to 31 December,2023.CiteSpace was used to visualize and analyze the literature.Results A total of 6 064 publications were included(161 from CNKI and 5 903 from WOS).The United States had the highest publication volume(2 921).Keywords,clusters,and burst terms in Chinese literature indicating clinical characteristics,tumor types,and therapeutic regimens were the main research directions.Keywords,clusters,and burst term maps in English literature were mainly focused on the epidemiology,pathogenesis,biomarkers,and novel therapeutic strategies for malignant tumors.Conclusions The research focus differs between domestic and international studies,but epidemiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of malignant tumors remain common research hotspots and trends.Future research should integrate modern scientific technologies,such as artificial intelligence and big data,to further explore the mechanisms and biomarkers of HIV/AIDS-associated malignancies,thereby improving the level of prevention and treatment for this populations.
