Mechanism of miR-182 and its target gene in the inflammatory response of HIV/AIDS syndrome of Qi-Yin deficiency
Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome is one of the common basic syndromes of HIV/AIDS.miR-182 and its target genes are abnormally expressed in Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of HIV/AIDS by gene chip technology. This article discussed the role of miR-182 in regulating inflammation and the function of the abnormal expression of miR-182 target genes, and explained the possible mechanism of miR-182 and its target genes in inflammation and HIV/AIDS inflammation in Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome, thus laying the foundation for further research on the pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS inflammation.
