摘要

气阴两虚证为HIV/AIDS患者常见基本证候之一,运用基因芯片技术发现miR-182及其靶基因在HIV/AIDS患者气阴两虚证中异常表达.本文通过探讨miR-182调控炎症反应的作用与miR-182异常表达靶基因的功能,阐释miR-182及其靶基因在炎症反应与HIV/AIDS患者气阴两虚证炎症反应中可能的作用机制,为深入研究HIV/AIDS患者炎症反应的发生机制奠定基础.

Abstract

Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome is one of the common basic syndromes of HIV/AIDS.miR-182 and its target genes are abnormally expressed in Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of HIV/AIDS by gene chip technology.This article discussed the role of miR-182 in regulating inflammation and the function of the abnormal expression of miR-182 target genes,and explained the possible mechanism of miR-182 and its target genes in inflammation and HIV/AIDS inflammation in Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,thus laying the foundation for further research on the pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS inflammation.
