目的 采用文献计量学及主题建模方法对MSM艾滋病相关英文文献进行分析,探索该领域2010-2023年的研究进展、热点及趋势.方法 本文以Web Of Science核心合集中的文章作为文献来源,运用EndNote进行文献管理及筛选,VOSviewer进行可视化分析,Python进行一般描述性分析、潜在狄利克雷分配主题建模以及线性回归模型创建.结果 共纳入12419篇文章,2010-2023年发表的文章呈现逐年上升趋势;在国家合作网络中,共有63个国家出现在网络中,可分为4个聚类,其中美国(7241篇)、中国(1 526篇)以及英国(1 347篇)对发文量的贡献最大;在11个研究主题中,艾滋病预防与社会服务中的障碍、性相关的危险行为及影响因素、心理健康相关影响因素的研究为发文量前三的研究主题.结论 MSM艾滋病研究的学术论文量逐年上升,成为艾滋病研究领域的重点关注人群,2010-2023年研究热点集中艾滋病的预防干预、心理健康和感染的危险因素分析.
Bibliometric analysis of English literature on HIV/AIDS research among men who have sex with men based on topic modeling
Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS-related English literature on men who have sex with men(MSM)using bibliometric and topic modeling methods,exploring research progress,hotspots,and trends from 2010 to 2023.Methods Articles were sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection.Literature management was performed using EndNote,with VOSviewer for visualization analysis,and Python for general descriptive analysis,Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic modeling,and linear regression model construction.Results A total of 12 419 articles were included,showing an annual upward trend in publications from 2010 to 2023.The national cooperation network featured 63 countries divided into four clusters,with the United States(7 241 articles),China(1 526 articles),and the United Kingdom(1 347 articles)contributing the most publications.Among the 11 research topics identified,barriers in AIDS prevention and social services,sexually related high risk behaviors and influencing factors,and psychological health-related studies were the top three topics by publication volume.Conclusions The volume of academic articles on MSM and HIV/AIDS research has been steadily increasing,highlighting its importance within the field of AIDS research.From 2010 to 2023,research hotspots have focused on AIDS prevention interventions,psychological health,and the analysis of risk factors for infection.
