摘要

截至目前我国国家免疫规划共纳入14种疫苗,可覆盖15种相关疾病.然而,国家免疫规划近15年未引进新的疫苗,只对部分疫苗接种剂次进行了微调,维持了多年"14苗防15病"的现状.目前,世界卫生组织推荐纳入国家免疫规划的疫苗共10种,我国尚有4种未纳入,包括b型流感嗜血杆菌疫苗、肺炎球菌疫苗、轮状病毒疫苗和人乳头瘤病毒疫苗.b型流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎球菌、轮状病毒和人乳头瘤病毒在我国引起的疾病负担仍然很重,应进一步加强对疾病的监测,评估疾病发生所带来的疾病负担和经济负担,同时开展疫苗接种效果评估,评估疫苗纳入免疫规划的可行性,为进一步把4种疫苗纳入国家免疫规划提供更多的数据支持.

Abstract

To date,a total of 14 vaccines have been introduced into China National Immunization Program(NIP),covering 15 related diseases.However,the National Immunization Program has not introduced any new vaccine in the past 15 years,only making minor adjustments to the dosage of certain vaccines,maintaining the state of 14 vaccines against 15 diseases for many years.The World Health Organization(WHO)recommends that all countries should include 10 vaccines in their NIPs,yet 4 of them are not included in Chinese NIP.The four vaccines are against Streptococcus pneumoniae,Haemophilus influenzae type b,rotavirus,and human papil-lomavirus(HPV),respectively.The four pathogens have induced a heavy disease burden in China.So,it is rec-ommended in this article that disease surveillance should be reinforced to evaluate disease burden and economic expenditure.Meanwhile,an assessment of vaccine efficacy should be implemented to provide more evidence for including the four vaccines in NIP.
