摘要
目的 了解四川省绵阳市男男同性性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)性感觉寻求现状,分析其关联因素,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据.方法 2022年1-12月用"滚雪球"抽样法对现居住在绵阳市内年龄≥16岁的MSM采用横断面调查方法调查其一般社会人口学及性行为特征.调查使用自行设计的一般社会人口学及性行为问卷和性感觉寻求量表(sexual sensation seeking scale,SSSS),用t检验、方差分析(F)和多元线性回归分析MSM性感觉寻求的关联因素.结果 共收集有效问卷963份,调查对象性感觉寻求得分为(25.2±3.9)分.多因素分析结果显示,年龄21～30岁(标准化β=0.074)、有风险认识(标准化β=0.107)、有防治自信(标准化β=0.136)、性角色均可(标准化β=0.096)、遭遇暴力(标准化β=0.096)、使用rush poppers(标准化β=0.072),高频率肛交(标准化β=0.109)与性感觉寻求得分呈正相关.结论 MSM性感觉寻求得分与年龄、风险认识、防治自信和性行为等相关联,存在风险行为者具有更高的性感觉寻求水平,要有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育和行为干预.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of sexual sensation seeking and analyze related factors among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Mianyang city,Sichuan province.Methods From January to December 2022,the'snowball'sampling method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of MSM ≥16 years of age currently residing in Mianyang city,using the self-designed general sociodemographic and sexual be-havior questionnaire and sexual sensation seeking scale(SSSS).Student's t-test,analysis of variance(ANOVA),multiple linear regression were conducted to analyze the related factors of sexual sensation seeking among MSM.Results There were 963 valid questionnaires,and the average score of sexual sensation seeking was 25.2±3.9.Multivariate analysis showed that the age of 21-30 years old(standardized β=0.074),having risk awareness(standardized β=0.107),having prevention and control ability(standardized β=0.136),having flexible sexual roles(standardized β=0.096),experiencing violence(standardized β=0.096),using rush poppers sometimes or every time during sexual behavior(standardized β=0.072)and high frequency of anal sex(stan-dardized β=0.109)were positively correlated with the score of sexual sensation seeking.Conclusions Sexual sensa-tion seeking among MSM is connected with age,risk awareness,prevention and control ability and sexual behavior.MSM with risk behaviors has a higher level of sexual sensation seeking.Targeted health education and behavior intervention should be carried out.
