摘要

登革热是一种由登革病毒(Dengue virus,DENV)通过蚊媒传播的疾病,正逐渐成为全球范围内严峻的公共卫生挑战.登革病毒疫苗的研究虽然在持续进行,但仍存在着保护标准模糊、抗体依赖性增强等多重挑战.当前,DNA疫苗虽被寄予厚望,但其应用仍存在局限.未来应深化对免疫反应的研究,提升疫苗的交叉保护能力,并制定更为精准的疫苗接种策略.针对不同年龄组和地区的差异化疫苗接种策略以及mRNA疫苗等新型疫苗平台的研发,为登革热防控提供了新的可能.总之,登革病毒疫苗研究在应对全球公共卫生挑战中发挥着关键作用,研究者应关注免疫反应机制、交叉保护能力及疫苗接种策略,为全球登革热防控提供科学支撑.

Abstract

Dengue fever,caused by the Dengue virus(DENV)and transmitted by mosquitoes,is increasingly recognized as a significant public health challenge worldwide.Although research on Dengue vaccines is processing,several challenges remain,including unclear protective standards and antibody-dependent enhancement.Current DNA vaccines are highly expected but face limitations in application.Future research should focus on deepening the understanding of immune responses,improving the cross-protection ability of vaccines,and developing more precise vaccination strategies.Additionally,differentiated vaccination strategies targeting different age groups and regions,as well as the development of novel vaccine platforms such as mRNA vaccines,provide new possibilities for dengue prevention and control.Overall,dengue virus vaccine research plays a key role in addressing global public health challenges and necessitating continued attention needs to immune mechanisms,cross-protection capabilities,and vaccination strategies to provide scientific support for global dengue prevention and control.
