摘要
减毒活疫苗能模拟病毒天然感染途径,可诱导全面的免疫应答.传统减毒技术获得病毒疫苗耗时长而且具有返祖的风险,现代分子生物学和生物信息学技术的迅猛发展为快速研发新型减毒活疫苗提供了重要的支撑.该文综述了近年病毒减毒技术及策略的进展与应用情况,为设计和开发新型减毒疫苗提供参考.
Abstract
Live attenuated vaccines can effectively mimic the natural infection pathways of viruses,eliciting robust immune responses.Traditional attenuation methods for developing viral vaccines are time-consuming and carry the risk of reversion to virulence.However,the rapid advancements in modern molecular biology and bioinformatics have provided important support for the rapid research and development of novel live attenuated vaccines.This paper reviews the recent progress and applications in virus attenuation techniques and strategies,providing insights into the design and development of novel attenuated vaccines.
