摘要
目的：探讨小儿重症手足口病合并病毒性脑炎的护理。方法对我院儿科2011年4月---2012年10月收住院治疗的152例重症手足口病合并病毒性脑炎患儿的临床资料及护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果152例均治愈出院。结论通过严密观察病情，早期发现病情变化，及时干预，精心护理，可有效控制病情进展，促进患儿疾病康复。
Abstract
Objective Explore the nursing care of severe hand foot mouth disease in children with viral encephalitis .Methods In our hospital from April 2011 to October 2012 the clinical data and nursing of 152 cases of hospitalized children with hand foot and mouth disease and treatment of viral encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results 152 cases were cured and discharged.Conclusion Through the strict observation condition,early detection of disease changes,timely intervention,care-ful nursing,the progress of the disease control,promote their rehabilitation.
