Female Endocrine and Immune Disorder in the role of Recurrent Miscarriage
Objective To investigate the female endocrine and immune disorder in the role of recurrent miscarriage .Methods A retrospective analysis in June 2009 to June 2009 as observation group,186 cases of recurrent abortion and selected during the same period 180 cases of normal women as control group,the two groups of en-docrine,follicle generate hormone,luteinizing hormone generated,estradiol,progesterone,testosterone,the hormone prolactin)and immune related detection(antisperm an-tibody,endometrial antibody resistance,anti cardiolipin antibody,for antiphospholipid antibody syndrome(APS)of the examination results.Results The observation group in follicular endocrine detection of luteinizing hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL)and immune project anti sperm antibody(AsAb),anti endometrial antibody(EMAb),anti cardiolipin antibody(AcL),antiphospholipid syndrome(APS)test results showed,recurrent abortion cases endocrine hormone examination results in the abnormal rate was 89.78%,immune related abnormal rate of 43.01%,far higher than that of normal control group in endocrine hormone examination results in the abnormal rate was 7.22%,related immune abnormality rate 1.67%,two groups of data analysis are significant sta-tistical difference(X2 =16.87,P<0.05;X2 =21.26,P<0.05).Conclu sion Female endocrine and immune dysfunction is one of the main causes of recurrent miscar-riage,which causes recurrent miscarriage role can not be ignored,should be timely detection of endocrine hormone and immune related projects in pregnancy ,reduce the effective treatment of recurrent miscarriage appears,adjust endocrine hormone and improve immune function is to promote the treatment of pregnancy and miscarriage .
