Objective To investigate rheumatic patients hospitalized with sleep disorders has arisen due care points .Methods A hospital in May 2011 to May 2013 were treated 30 cases of hospitalized patients with rheumatoid patients after sleep disorders as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group of 15 patients in the experimental group in the routine care of patients on the basis of analysis focuses on the causes of sleep dysfunction and psychological nursing intervention in the control group underwent routine care,patient care effects were observed.Results The experimental group and the control group of patients have received care after sleep significantly improved in the experimental group patients sleep improvement than the control group ,significant differences between the two groups care effect(P <0.05),there are statistically significant.Conclusion The presence of sleep disorders in patients with rheumatic nursing intervention can effectively strengthen the system to improve patient sleep ,you should sleep disorders from rheumatic patients develop sound reasons for starting care process ,focusing on the psycho-logical nursing intervention can effectively improve clinical outcomes in patients with .
