Objective To investigate the anti-CCP antibody and RF in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)clinical diagnostic value.Methods 51 cases of RA patients(RA group),45 cases of autoimmune disease in patients with non RA(non RA group),30 cases of healthy(control group)were anti-CCP antibody and RF assay,and the positive rate,sensitivity,specificity,comparative analysis.Results in group RA,anti-CPP antibody,RF positive rates were higher than the other two groups ,the differ-ence was statistically significant;the specificity of anti-CCP antibody was significantly higher than that of RF ,the difference was statistically significant;no statistically significant differences in two sensitivity.Conclusion The anti-CCP antibody has good sensitivity and high specificity for RA,anti-CCP antibody and RF improve the accuracy of diagnosis can be,conducive to the early diagnosis of RA.
