摘要
目的：探讨晚期肿瘤患者PICC临床应用中护理方法。方法选取108例患者，分为两组，对照组行传统的外周钢针或留置针输液，观察组行PICC。结果观察组54例患者中，52例1次穿刺成功率达到了96．30％，且并发症明显低于对照组。结论在晚期肿瘤患者化疗治疗中，PICC可有效缓解病痛，帮助治疗效果提升，同时还可有效提高护理工作效率，使不良反应及并发症控制到最低，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of PICC patients with advanced tumor nursing methods .Methods Select 108 cases of patients,divided into two groups,control group of traditional peripheral steel or IV infusion,PICC group line.Results Observation group of 54 cases,52 cases once puncture success rate reached 96.30%,and the complications were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion In patients with advanced tumor chemotherapy,PICC can effectively alleviate pain,help cure to ascend,but also can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing work,make control to a minimum,adverse reaction and complications is worth clinical promotion.
