摘要
目的：探究脑卒中后继发性癫痫的相关症状及临床治疗效果。方法选取本院收治的280例脑卒中患者资料进行回顾性分析，观察脑卒中后继发性癫痫发病率及发病特点。结果脑卒中继发癫痫病有着非常大的发病几率，达到7．9％。结论对脑卒中后继发性癫痫治疗方法进行合理选取可以有效改善患者症状，降低患者发病率。
Abstract
Objective To explore symptoms of secondary epilepsy and clinical therapeutic effect of stroke .Methods The hospital treated 280 cases of stroke patients were retrospectively analyzed,secondary epilepsy and the disease incidence and observation after stroke.Results Stroke secondary epilepsy has a great chance of onset, reached 7.9%.Conclusion The secondary epilepsy after cerebral stroke treatment of reasonable selection can be effective in improving symptoms of patients ,reduce the incidence of.
