Objective To study the microscopic surgery patients nursing management and nursing methods .Methods 450 cases of patients were chosen in our hospi-tal were hand surgery were analyzed and discussed,and the implementation of the method of nursing management in the nursing points for patients ,comparing nurses in nursing assessment and nursing quality nursing management after the situation and effect of clinical application .Results The nursing management mode for nursing the patients,popularization,nursing operation specification,ward management and nursing document writing,the nurse knowledge of disease are implemented before the qual-ified rate increased,the difference before and after the clinical efficacy is significant(P<0.05),nurses'assessment outstanding rates improve,there was significant differ-ence(P<0.05)before and after the implementation,patients satisfaction and doctor patient disputes the method of nursing management nursing points after the rate is higher than that before the implementation,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The excellent rate of implementation method of nursing management,nursing care can significantly improve the nurse personal quality,nursing practice,ward management,nursing document writing and patient satisfaction,and have important clini-cal significance to improve the quality of nursing .
