Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of glaucoma in early diagnosis,and treatment are analyzed and discussed.Methods 18 cases(24 eyes)of glaucoma in gender,age,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,fundus,visual field angle,and other related parameters and treatment,were retrospectively analyzed. Results 4 cases of male 22.2%,female 14 cases accounted for 77.8%.Treatment of high intraocular pressure is less than 22mmHg total of 3 eyes of 12.5%,a total of 6 eyes of 24.38-32.5mmHgaccounted for 25%,4.18-55.62mmHg accounted for 41.7%of 61.75mmHg in 10 eyes,5 eyes 20.8%.Angle:the angle of 6 eyes,18 eyes with angle closure.Optic cup concave showed different degrees of expansion,C/D is more than 0.6,a total of 5 eyes of 20.8%0.6-0.8 or more,a total of 19 eyes of 79.2%.Visual field damage tubular visual field in 7 eyes(29.2%).This group of 18 patients,1eyes underwent extra capsular cataract extraction,5 eyes underwent sclera Resection,accounted for 25%of all drugs,patients with protective therapy in 18 cases,good results.Conclusion The general incidence of acute glaucoma,andseri-ous damage of visual function,early prevention,diagnosis and treatment is very important for early disease,lesser generally take medicine conservative treatment.
