摘要
目的：了解和掌握我省各级卫生监督机构卫生监督稽查工作的现状，规范卫生行政执法行为。方法采用问卷调查的方法，详细统计了我省各级卫生监督稽查科人员年龄、学历、专业、职称构成情况以及稽查工作开展情况。结果调查发现我省卫生监督稽查工作存在稽查人员素质参差不齐、知识结构不合理以及稽查文书使用率很低等问题。结论通过建立健全工作责任制度、加强稽查人员队伍建设等途径可以解决上述问题。
Abstract
Purpose Understanding and knowledge inspection work status of health inspection agencies at all levels in our province ,standardize health administra-tive enforcement actions.Methods A questionnaire survey method,statistics inspection department personnel age,education,profession,job composition and inspection work carried out.Results The survey found that health supervision inspection work in our province exist uneven quality inspectors,knowledge structure is irrational and inspection instruments,low usage and other issues.Conclusion Through the establishment of a sound work responsibility system,strengthen team building inspectors and other ways to solve these problems.
