摘要
目的：分析神经内科护理不良事件产生的原因和可能存在的风险问题，并探究其解决的对策。方法选取我院2011年5月---2013年5月在我院出现的40例不良护理事故，对事故产生的原因、事件及处理办法进行统计分析，将其护理级别进行划分，制定有效的管理办法。结果医院的护理监督工作和控制工作得到加强，护理治疗也在不断提升。结论对医院内科护理的不良事件原因进行分析，并严格对其进行监督，能够有效的减少不良事件发生的概率，增强患者的安全感。
Abstract
Objective To analyze adverse events neurology care causes and possible risks,and explore its solution countermeasures.Methods A hospital in May 2011-May 2013 appeared in our hospital,40 cases of adverse care accident,the accident causes,events and statistical analysis approach,its level of care to be divided, to develop effective management approach.Results The hospital's nursing supervision and control work has been strengthened,care treatment is also rising.Conclusion Hospital medical care to analyze the causes of adverse events and strictly supervise them ,can effectively reduce the probability of adverse events ,and enhance the patient's sense of security.
