Nursing care of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis
The purpose of this paper is to study the clinical nursing quality measures for the treatment of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital in 2008 January to the 2013 January received during the treatment of 120 cases of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis patients ,all patients were treated with anti tuberculosis chem-otherapy combined with medicine treatment,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,group and the traditional nursing group,each group has 60 patients,of which the traditional group is to accept the nursing measures of ordinary care,and nursing group received quality care,guidance from psychological decompression to the drug,to the health education of comprehensive nursing for patients,the control effect of nursing in patients of the two groups after treatment and nursing ,stop coughing up blood and two weeks without recurrence in patients with nursing group had 43 cases,the traditional group 22 cases,control group p<0.05 two.Nursing care of patients with hemoptysis were effective disappearance time averaged 35.4h,traditional group is 54.lh nursing group was significantly shorter than the traditional group ,the bleed-ing did not improve or aggravate the patient is invalid,the nursing group 4 cases,the traditional group 11 cases.The two group compared to P<0.05.conclusion the qual-ity of nursing care quality effectively,improve the therapeutic effect,promote the rehabilitation of patients,it is recommended for clinical.
