摘要
目的：探讨中晚期宫颈癌门诊放射治疗的观察与护理。方法针对我院门诊收治的338例中晚期宫颈癌患者进行分析研究，均给予体外加后装放射治疗，并在治疗期间实施心理护理、健康教育、并对出现对放射性膀胱炎、放射性肠炎及宫腔积液等并发症实施针对性的护理。结果此组患者实施体外加后装放射治疗及有效的护理措施后，患者均顺利完成治疗目标，宫颈癌原发病灶基本得到有效的控制，不良反应明显降低，提高宫颈癌患者的生活质量。结论对中晚期宫颈癌门诊放射治疗患者采取及时、细致以及全程的护理干预是至关重要的，能够提高临床治疗价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the observation and nursing of outpatient radiotherapy for advanced cervical cancer.Methods Analysis on 338 cases of advanced cervical cancer patients in our hospital,were given the body and after loading radiation treatment,and psychological nursing,health education,and the emergence of radia-tion cystitis,radiation enteritis and bureaucratic effusion complication pertinent nursing during treatment .Results The loading radiation treatment and effective nursing measures in vitro and implementation of this group of patients after treatment ,patients were successfully completed,cervical cancer primary tumor basic get effective con-trol,less adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer .Conclusion Nursing intervention in time is very important ,careful and full of clinic radiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer,can improve the clinical treatment value.
