Objective Clinical analysis of this step therapy on acute exacerbation of severe asthma ,provide basis for therapy and treatment of acute severe asthma in clinic.Methods 42 cases of severe acute asthma patients,according to results of PH is divided into A,B,C three group,A group,mild(PH7.3-7.34)in 15 cases,trea-ted with A regimen in the treatment of moderate(7.3-7.25);B group 11 cases,the first after treatment with A scheme selection scheme of B;group C,severe(PH less than 7.25)in 16 cases,after the first choice in the treatment of B scheme with C plan,including 2 cases of the use of the D and E schemes.Results A,B,C three groups after treatment were cured.Conclusion The treatment of severe asthma ladder on acute stage effect,reducing the probability of endotracheal intubation,and improve the success rate of treatment,it is worth in clinical application.
