Surgery with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Endometriosis Clinical Observation
Objective To observe the operation with mifepristone clinical curative effect for the treatment of endometriosis .Method Analysis of our hospital 68 cases clinical data of patients with intrauterine of membrane ,randomly divided into observation group and control group ,two groups were performed conservative surgical treat-ment,observation group on the basis of mifepristone was given on postoperative 1 week for six months.Results The observation group,complete remission rate was 83. 35%,58.82%in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The observation group the total effective rate was 94.1%,82.4%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group after treatment,the recurrence rate was 5.88%,the control group was 17. 65%,the recurrence rate after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion A better conclusion operation combined with mifepristone in treating endometriosis clinical curative effect can significantly reduce the recurrence rate .
