Objective To explore the efficacy of dl-3-n-butylphthalide(NBP)combined with ozagrel sodium for treatment of Acute cerebral infarction.Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups,two groups all use of ozagrel sodium combined with conventional treatment;on this basis,the control group by intrave-nous infusion of salvia miltiorrhiza injection ,intravenous butyl phthalide injection treatment group;the end of the course evaluation two groups of clinical curative effect and ability score of neurologic deficits and daily life.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P>0.05).Rating effect of the teatment group were significantly better than the control group compared with the control group(P<0.05),activities of daily living(ADL)score is significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Dl-3-n-butylphthalide(NBP)combined with ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,to improve neural function in daily life activities ability effect is remarkable .So that this operation is worth popularizing clinically .
