Three Periods of Spiral CT Scanning in Preoperative Staging of Gastric Cancer Diagnosis
Objective On the three periods of spiral CT scan to evaluate the diagnostic value of preoperative staging gastric cancer analysis ,provide reliable refer-ence basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment work.Methods In our hospital from the l2,2011 to January 2011 51 cases of patients with gastric cancer treatment data were analyzed retrospectively,in patients before surgery,medical staff on the three periods of spiral CT scanning,and compared with pathological results were analyzed. Results In this experiment,51 cases with CT detection rate are 100.0%;T staging and pathological staging coincidence rate was 72.55%,N staging and pathological staging coincidence rate was 52.94%.Conclusion The gastric cancer patients with preoperative three periods of spiral CT scanning in preoperative staging ,and plays an important role in guiding the choice of treatment plan,we should be used widely in clinic.
