Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Compound Antipyretic Suppository Treatment of Children with Pediatric Cold and Fever
Objective To investigate the treatment of children with antipyretic suppository compound pediatric cold and fever of efficacy and safety .Methods 100 cases of pediatric patients with cold and fever were randomly divided into control group and observation group in accordance with the balloting method ,and each group was 50 cases.Control group was given nimesulide dispersible tablets for treatment ,the observation group was given compound to treat pediatric antipyretic suppository . Clinical efficacy was compared, the average cooling time, average body temperature before and after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions. Results ①clinical ob-servation group total effective rate was 98.00%,significantly lower than the control group(78.00%),the two groups, the difference was statistically significant;② the control group, the average cooling time was(2.39 ±0.37)d,was significantly greater than the observed cooling time group [(1.25 ±0.16)d],the two groups, the differ-ence was statistically significant;temperature difference between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significance ,body temperature after treatment in both groups showed no significant difference;③ control group of adverse reactions was 20.00%,which was significantly greater than the observation group (10. 00%) .Conclusion Compound pediatric antipyretic suppository treatment of children with cold and fever of significant clinical efficacy ,safety, deserve to be promoted in clinical and applied.
