连续肾脏替代疗法治疗在重症急性肾功能衰竭中的效果

摘要
目的：分析观察连续肾脏替代疗法治疗在重症急性肾功能衰竭中的效果，以及预后的影响因素。方法选取66例治疗重症急性肾功能衰竭的患者，采取连续肾脏替代疗法治疗。观察分析患者治疗前后的临床症状特点，以及预后情况。结果66例患者中，40例患者度过危险期，26例患者在急性期出现死亡。两组患者数据无明显差异。结论连续肾脏替代治疗重症急性肾功能衰竭可以帮助改善预后，但是连续肾脏替代疗法技术仍然需要进一步的发展改进，以求能更好的改善预后。
Abstract
Objective Analysis of observation continuous renal replacement therapy in acute renal failure results ,as well as prognostic factors.Methods Selected 66 cases of severe acute renal failure in patients taking continuous renal replacement therapy .Observation and analysis of the clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment characteristics,and prognosis.Result 66 patients,40 patients passed the critical stage,26 patients in the acute phase of death.No significant difference between two groups of patient data.Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy in severe acute renal failure can help to improve the prognosis ,but the continuous renal re-placement therapy technology still needs further development to improve in order to better improve the prognosis .
