摘要
目的：研究社区健康教育治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法400名糖尿病患者随机分为两组（ n＝200），对照组给予药物治疗及基础护理措施，观察组在此基础上给予为期6个月的系统健康教育，随访观察疗效。结果实施社区健康教育6个月后，观察组患者空腹血糖水平较健康教育前及同期对照组血糖水平均明显降低，血糖控制达标率（62％）明显高于对照组（42％），比较均有统计学差异（P＜0．05）。结论社区健康教育是配合糖尿病药物治疗的有效手段，可提高患者自我管理水平，提高血糖控制达标率，值得进一步推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of community health education on diabetes.Methods 400 cases of diabetes were divided into two groups(n=200),the control group only received drug therapy and nursing measures,the observation group was given based on systematic health education for 6 months,and then ob-serve the curative effect.Results The implementation of community health education after 6 months,the control group blood sugar level decreased significantly than obser-vation group patients with fasting blood glucose levels before and during the same period,blood glucose control rate(62%)in observation group was significantly higher than the control group(42%),it has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health education is effective means of diabetes drug therapy,it can im-prove the patient self-management level and the blood glucose control rate,and it’s worthy of further popularization and application.
