摘要
目的：探讨全髋关节置换治疗髋关节骨性融合的效果。方法对我院2010年1月---2013年9月收治的16例髋关节置换患者资料进行回顾性分析，分析这些患者手术前后的Harris评分及患者整体功能改善情况，对这些患者随访18个月-10年，平均30个月。16例髋关节置换患者均进行全髋关节置换方法进行治疗。根据Harris评分方法，优8例（17-18分）、良5例（13-16分）、中2例（9-12分）、差1例（＜8分）。结果这些患者中没有出现感染以及血管损伤、松动、脱位等。结论全髋关节置换是治疗髋关节骨性融合一种非常有效的方法，值得我们在临床上推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the hip fusion .Methods From January 2010 to September 2013 were 16 patients with hip replacement data were retrospectively analyzed ,analysis the Harris rating of these patients before and after surgery ,and patients with integral function to improve the situation,the patients were followed up for 18 months to 10 years,an average of 30 months.16 cases of hip replacement patients are with total hip replacement method for treatment.According to Harris scoring method,8 cases be(17 -18 points),good in 5 cases(13 -16),2 cases of poor(9 -12),1 case( <8 points).Results No infection in these patients,and blood vessel damage,loose and dislocation.Conclusion Total hip replacement is a very effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the hip fusion method;we should be used widely in clinic.
