摘要
目的：探讨囊性肾癌的CT表现，旨在提高囊性肾癌的术前正确诊断率。方法复习13例经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌的 CT表现，分析其囊壁、分隔及壁上的实性结节等CT的征象。结果13例囊性肾癌囊壁厚薄不均伴壁结节8例，壁结节显示不清5例；囊内密度混杂6例；13例肿瘤实性成份均有强化。结论螺旋CT增强检查是囊性肾癌的重要的常用检查方法。
Abstract
Objective Explore the CT manifestation of cystic renal cell carcinoma,aimed at improving cystic renal carcinoma preoperative correct diagnosis rate. Methods Review 13 cases confirmed by surgery pathology,CT manifestation of cystic renal cancer,analyze the theca sac,separation,and the walls of solid nodules of CT signs and so on.Results 13 cases of cystic renal cancer 8 capsule wall thickness associated with wall nodule ,unclear wall nodule showed 5 cases;Pouch mixed density 6 cases;13 cases with solid tumor ingredients are strengthened .Conclusion Spiral CT enhancement is one of the important common check methods of cystic renal cell carci-noma.
